Nemo VYR house designed with the idea of natural light at its very core and design responses to heritage housing style and streetscape. The house contains a series of large size windows which allows natural light into indoor space and it also serviced through skylight windows to maximize the brightness inside the house. The large entrance with a void creates the sense of welcoming.The house has 4 bedrooms and a large open living space include kitchen and dining. There are additional rooms such as study, gym, activity room and loft that keep the mind and body engaged for the children and the adults alike. The design also encourages outdoor living with the alfresco and backyard area where guests can be entertained with an easy access to the kitchen. It contains vegetable garden that offering natural resources.

A organic void cut into the space to emphasize the grandeur and luxury within. The curve wall which provides saver edges and aesthetic. In upper floor, the bridge in the middle which connect the bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to a seating area and contains a walk-in robe connected to the en-suite. There is a shared bathroom for the rest three bedrooms while the activity room is placed besides the master bedroom.The loft area is an additional storage area or habitable space. It has a pulldown accessible staircase and is a cozy space for the family and children.
