CENTRAL OFFICE

Three storey office building adopts large curtain wall as facade element which allows natural light to enter interior space, but also let passive heat transfer between inside and outside. Improve indoor comfort. There are number of car parking bays and bicycle rails in the ground floor, large office spaces and conference room at the 1st and 2nd floor.

Stunning external feature walls install on the east and west which reflects the surrounding tree. They prevent direct sunlight come into interior spaces and the materials adopt recycled timber with white painted. Roof top uses green roof to helps mitigate the heat island effect, frame habitats, filter pollutants and provides natural, relaxed rest spaces. The skylight shaft is located in the middle of the internal area which highlights all the conference spaces from 1st floor to 2nd floor. The light allows natural light to all floors.
